You have the opportunity to change your habits once you take the time to be with yourself long enough to recognize them. It’s a great opportunity and a wonderful place to start because your recognition instantly creates a shift. Once you recognize it you have transformed it. If you continue to make the same choices it is now a choice. Stand in your truth and stand your ground to shift your own perspective.
Now more than ever is the time to recognize our thoughts. What is your underlying truth. How does your belief system affect your choices. Once you recognize what and why you do what you do you can genuinely align with the thoughts and actions of your authentic ability. Lean to question your truth. Is it serving you? How can you think differently to transform it. Your thoughts determine your reality. Bettering ourselves is only in the moment depending on what your thoughts and actions are. What are the definitions that determine your actions?
The key is to develop better and better thoughts that create better and better habits to hold yourself more consistently in that power. To be who we truly are is to be aligned and in the flow with your Inner-Cheerleader. Practicing good, productive, habits support us. Establish rituals and new habits to transform resistance. If you feel satisfaction the law of attraction does the work because you are creating a resistance free energy. Satisfaction comes from your alignment and moving in the direction of your desire. Recognize your thoughts and immediately change the negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Act on your inspiration, your excitement is being in allowance to allow your Inner-Cheerleader to lead vs the definitions of the mind.
Make or review your list of positive aspects of your desire. It will help you hold the vibrational satisfaction of it. It will help inspire, align, and remove resistance to it.
We live in a world that tries to motivate us about things we don’t feel satisfied about. When we feel we are supposed to do things to satisfy others, we are pushing against our own flow. Demonstrate to yourself that you want to be inspired not motivated. You can place demands on yourself to motivate yourself or you can be inspired. It’s not just you with you, your Inner-Cheerleader is the strongest part of you. We are deliberate creators. You can feel the alignment or misalignment. Minimizing distractions is easier when we focus on self-love; caring more about how we feel.
Our energy is more important than money and time. It is our most precious commodity. Energy determines our wellness. Being aware of our energy; thoughts, actions, our attention, can help us be more conscious of the multifaceted factors that have the potential to impact us with greater confidence in our actions. Give yourself time, free from judgement and perfectionism. The more you can be in the now free from judgement or assumptions allows you to release what doesn’t serve you and creates the space for the blessings to be recognized. Being present is much more important than trying to be perfect!
When you recognize that your thoughts are scattered in several directions at once it is time to center yourself and become more present. When we are spread too thin it can be much harder to stay aligned. Centering ourselves is a way of coming to terms with all the different energies and reconnecting within ourselves. Take a deep breath and bring your attention to the energy in your body, freeing the mind, bringing your attention to your heart chakra area, and back to balance. From this place we can begin again as deliberate creators. What is the next step that you can take from this space that is in alignment with your passion and greatest excitement in that moment.
Understanding the strength we hold, removes fear. With courage in our hearts our triumphs needn’t come from conditions. We can move forward boldly, encouraged, knowing we may overcome bouts of adversity. The unknown need not be a source of anxiety just simply, another test of our abilities. Courage helps us proceed with unstoppable gusto. Consider ways to increase the efficiency of your actions for example do the hardest or most important Itty-Bitty Chunk© first thing in the day. It will give you increased confidence and courage to tackle the other items with greater focus.

This is the beginning of a New Day.
God has given me this day to use as I will.
I can waste it or use it for good.
What I do today is especially important,
because I am exchanging a day of my life for it.
When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone,
leaving something in its place I have traded for it.
Today I welcome transformation
to allow good things to come into my life.
Today I hold my space in observation, awareness,
and I only respond vs react.
Today I will recognize the blessings in it.
Today I will make conscious choices.
Today I will choose to be happy.
Today I will accomplish good things
in order that I do not forget the price I paid for it!
