Affirmation for Transformation:
“I create daily practices of self-love to nurture and nourish my body, mind, and spirit.”
If you are like me you may have a desire to create a lifestyle that supports better, healthy, conscious, choices of love for your body. Making higher conscious choices boosts my confidence, and physical sustainability, because I am worth my focus, time, and effort. Your body is the beautiful, amazing vehicle you came into, to experience this life. Your body is your friend and partner. Your body is your physical experience for your soul. Your DNA holds your soul’s experiences, lifetimes, gifts, and the ancestorial experiences. Confidence is very sexy. Except yourself, truly, love yourself, express self-kindness, and that is what you attract.
Do you often give away your energy to help others solve their problems? You may compromise your own happiness to please others in unhealthy ways. It may help us feel loved, but it is a false feeling that doesn’t replace our need for Self-Love. Stop seeing yourself from the eyes of others. Don’t reach for their approval. Don’t put the responsibility on someone else. Take back your power to love the being you are. The only approval that matters is your Inner-Cheerleader’s. Feel good where you are. Start feeling good where you are, and you can get to where you want to be. When you feel bad you are no good for yourself or others. If you give away all your power to others, what energy is left for you?
Mindfully placing our energy and focus on ourselves is not vanity or selfishness, it is our responsibility to recognize we are the love we need; we are love. A healing strategy is more than just talking about our problems, or thinking about our problems, we must learn to be a problem solver. Try to find something about yourself to feel good about. Practice thoughts that feel better. Appreciate your body. Feel empowered and envision your best self. You are worthy of your energy.
We are here to step into our bodies, the ones we chose to use, to experience this lifetime. Fully embracing our bodies helps us align with our purpose. What’s holding you back? Beliefs can impact our physical body and hold us back from experiencing our journey. How do you view your body? How long will you live? What does your consciousness need to do to believe you are eternal?
I noticed a cycle of eating what I had, not throwing it away because it cost money. After all there are others who are starving and would love to have that food. Yet, I’d throw away fruits and vegetables that would go bad because I was choosing the not so good choices instead of eating the better ones. Obviously, the choices I make at the store are hugely important. I need to pick the item that excites me the most and aligns with my greatest desire. I must personally act on the best positive in the moment. For me it has been many reasons to feel and look better. Although, my ultimate desire is to support living “lighter” so that I can match the frequency of fifth dimensional consciousness on a new earth reality.
For years I thought my short stocky body had some sort of spiritual definition. Maybe the density kept me grounded more to earth. For many years all I wanted to do was to hang out with angels and the only thing that kept me attached to earth was my physical body. I still hang out with the angels although my perception has changed.
This may help you, the creator to create a new reality of self.
Being smaller doesn’t mean I loose my ability to be grounded. Being small doesn’t mean I’m less powerful, or less present, or unnoticed, or more in demand of my energy and time. It just means I’m given more opportunities to choose what I want, what I desire in relationship to my physical appearance. It doesn’t mean I’m keeping myself smaller or unseen. I can feel good about any additional attention I may receive. It can inspire me to stay in the flow of making more and more healthier choices about my actions, how I move and what I choose. Any definitions I acquired along the way through any and all experiences and any and all versions of self that doesn’t serve or fit, or align with my new reality, and new positive actions that express my best excitement, ARE FORGOTTEN. Now, in the now. And so, it is!
Tell your body how you appreciate it, and your cells will listen. I appreciate my body for how stable it is. I appreciate how healthy it is. I appreciate my clear thinking, how my skin feels, that I have great hair. I appreciate it when I have no pain and I appreciate it when I do. An attitude of self-love is appreciating oneself. Don’t let others diminish your self-love. Opening your heart to Self-Love, having gratitude for your body, creates a unified field, and connects you to the wholeness, of who you are, Oneness.
What positive choices can you make daily that reflect your best excitement to support you body? What beliefs or definitions create lack? In what ways are you not living your best excitement and desires about the way you look and feel? Is it about your weight? You can control what you eat by making good choices. Making not so good choices actually self-sabotage what you truly desire which may be to support longevity, feeling good physically, and ultimately support higher consciousness.
The time is now to show up as our best version of self and make daily, conscious, choices… love you more! Write down your daily choices to show more Self-Love, establish a weekly theme, write it down and keep accountable in your My Year of Transformation: WEEKLY PLANNER.
