Affirmation for Transformation:

You don’t need everybody to understand what you now know about an empowered whole-body connection and lifestyle to live it. You can be a pioneer! You can stand out in a new world that is a new reality for you. All of your struggles, hardships, purging the old you created something magnificent, something magical, an authentic expression of your truth. You are co-creating a new earth and it’s what you came here to do! You are learning to trust in your power. With clarity the energy calls you in the direction of your desires. That is what the feeling of empowerment is, the feeling of passion, love, and understanding for the whole of you, the God inside. Your Inner-Cheerleader has your back and leads the way while knowing that things are always working out for you.
You understand how important it is to get into the vibration of your desire by practicing it. Getting good at caring how you feel! Getting better and better at caring how you feel, so that you begin guiding your thoughts based upon how they feel. Learning to live and practice healthy lifestyles, learning to live on purpose, and unconditionally. You do not need things to be a certain way to feel good because you practice being aligned, and in the flow. You are not dependent in the now reality to feel good. You can focus on how good you feel, how confident, flexible, and happy you are with your new lifestyle choices. You no longer need conditions to be just right for you to make empowering choices. You are no longer fearful for your own wellbeing, allowing others to choose whatever they choose.
You know what good choices are like, avoiding fast food, processed foods, sweets, sweetened fruit juice, or soda. You know that organic veggies, beans, legumes, fruit, berries, and nuts are good lifestyle choices. Protein, seafood, eggs, and whole grains support your wellness. Healthy choices, reduced calories, fasting, exercise, building healthy muscle, all speed up metabolism. You realize that there is a bigger picture here and you are falling in love with your soul and trusting that you make a difference. You realize all your positive thoughts and better choices create a higher frequency and support your fifth dimensional lifestyle. You have more compassion and understanding. You are learning to replace perfectionism with action that is good enough right where you are. You are judging yourself less and less and loving truth and connection more and more.
Do you still have excuses? Here are a few helpful tips to ditch excuses, to take action, get moving towards you’re desires. Remember we came here to a planet of action. This may inspire you to move more.
“I just don’t feel like it.”
You might not be in the mood but if you are physically fit and can exercise then that is noticeably a big deal. What if the opposite were true. The moment you do this for yourself is the moment you are strengthening your willpower! That’s how good habits are developed… pushing through until it becomes easier.
Instead say… “I’m doing this because tomorrow I will feel good about myself.” “I’m doing this because it will make me feel better, more empowered, stronger, more confident, more satisfied, happier, and leaner. Train your willpower to become stronger than your excuse.
I recently observed someone dear to me push through with discipline to do a 100-mile challenge walk to Stop Soldier Suicide. It took discipline, positive thoughts, and that fueled her willpower which became stronger than any excuse not to go for that walk. Now she wants to do more challenges. She feels great. Her only regret…needs new walking shoes. What a great exchange for her time and energy!
“I’m too tired.”
Unless you just finished a marathon or hours of gardening, and instead (like me) have been at your desk writing and have had limited exercise this excuse is not acceptable! If you are tired mentally, emotionally, or have had an intense day at work, promise yourself that exercise will make you feel more relaxed, happy, release stress and endorphins, natural chemicals that make you feel revived and refreshed, because it will.
“I don’t have enough time.”
One hour is only 4% of your day. Find the time by exchanging less important activities. Simplicity in life is really important. If your routine is too complex it limits your ability to adapt to your nutritional needs and practice a better self-love schedule. Allowing some flexibility to actually practice being in the flow and taking inspired action will empower you to do that more. You must prioritize if you are determined to achieve your desires! Place what is important and aligned with your desires first in your thoughts, avoid distractions and time wasters. Take action on what’s truly important and avoid distractions with those things that are not.
