What stands in your way of manifesting your desires?
There are many reasons why we may not be manifesting the life we want. Our relationships with others play a key role in our lives. Some people find it challenging to process their emotions and unhappiness. Often the closest person in their life is on the receiving end of their unhappiness. It is important to see the situation for what it is. No matter what the outside of our reality looks like it is our responsibility to manage our own energy. We must honor our space, set boundaries, and focus on our own energy. At any moment we can cultivate the feelings of our desires. Your power is in the moment and what you are thinking right now. We choose our own thoughts, and higher consciousness empowers us with higher vibration. Our outer experiences are a mirror to our thoughts.
Stop wasting time on worry and focus on what you can control. Happiness is a choice not a condition. Act on what you can control not what you can’t. Act on integrity.
Open the door and welcome the magic. The vibration of pure desire and expectations feels one way and desire and doubt feel another way. When you desire something and believe it, it feels one way. When you want it and doubt it, it feels another way. Get in allowance and alignment with what you desire. You can’t be dishonest with your vibration. Having enough is limited thinking. It is not expansive energy. I have more than my fair share is the energy of limited resources because there is no limit or end to what the you-niverse can offer you. Is self-doubt, unworthiness, not good enough, don’t deserve it, guilt, resentment, or fear getting in your way? The inner thought patterns create the outer reality. Take the time to recognize what is blocking you, honor it and set your intentions to release what’s in your way.
Make peace with your desire and focus on how that feels. The feeling is how you know if you are in allowance. Do not place control over the outcomes of your desires. Your focus is the feelings of your desire. Place the feelings before the subject.
Set your intentions. Affirm your desires with affirmations!
Open the door, welcome magic, and grow in places you never thought you could by placing your feelings in your affirmations! Affirmations are a fantastic way to repeat the energy of your desires throughout your day. Our mind accepts repeated thoughts and words as truth. It creates a pattern just like our beliefs do. It is true our thoughts and words create our realities. If you tell yourself you are doomed to fail your reality starts to reflect this. Our subconscious mind accepts affirmations in the same way when spoken consistently. Affirmations should be specific, not too long, positive, and worded in complete sentences in the present tense as if what you are affirming is already true. Using I am or I do as an example instead of I want or would like to have, tells your mind you are affirming that it has already happened. Have faith in your desires by your affirmations and you will create what you have already stated to be true.
What action steps are needed to accomplish your desires?
Write down solutions. Be a problem solver. What is your challenge and what is the solution? Each step builds confidence and trust. Every time you place the vibration of gratitude around the process it gains energy. The eagerness with which you place your attention to your desires will help you accomplish more that you thought possible! Planning is an important part of the process it acts as a rocket to boost the momentum of what it is that you desire. Conscious planning takes advantage of what you can control. Another secret boost is to plan to do your action steps differently. Doing things differently will help you get different results. In many cases your desires don’t manifest because your actions never change.
