Affirmation for Transformation:
“Every day, year, I am empowered to create a new; reality, transformation, because I
am a creator and I love change!”

Change is a spiritual law. It’s guaranteed. Yet, as humans we are resistant to change. It’s a part of who we are. We shift billions of times per second. If we didn’t we wouldn’t be. Each moment is a change in reality. Each change is a shift in dimension. We create the illusion of time by creating the concept of frequency. In doing so, it then determines which of the static sequence of parallel realities you actually experience as your continuity of motion. When you choose to operate under a certain frequency within your consciousness, by establishing that frequency, by setting up that illusion of time and frequency you are creating in a different reality as your expression of change in space.

The frequency in which you choose to operate determines exactly how you experience the continuity of motion. Higher frequency skips time. So, isn’t it interesting that by experiencing less time we live longer. Being in the moment creates ageless freedom. Living in the moment we live longer by not creating as much time. Structure creates time. Change is our natural state; it is flow and stability. Yet, some of us still believe that control and resistance is stability. Change is normal, the constant state of shifting and creating your physical reality is a reminder that relying on statuses as an idea that represents stability. The more you feel comfortable with the idea that change is truly what is stable the more vitality, grace, synchronicities, clarity, and flow you experience in your life.

Change as an idea of uncomfortable, fearful, anxiety is not about getting used to more change. It is true that you are constantly changing. Except the idea that you are constantly changing and shifting billions of times per second. You can get used to this idea and form a new understanding and relationship with the idea of change as stability.

Experiences change us. Trauma, addictions, abuse, loss, failure, are all events that allow us to learn to trust ourselves once we acknowledge that they have changed us. Many try to go back to what was. They get used to the drama, chaos, toxicity, or trauma and start to call this normal. Why would you want to be who you used to be? The more broken, the more experience, the humbler we are! You start to trust more instead of trying to control the outcomes. Working without forcing, controlling, and fighting, you develop more compassion and understanding. You know what others may be going through. You start to see things for what they are without judgement or taking their projections personally. You develop higher consciousness and see others through God’s eyes and more importantly yourself.

For many years I have practiced awareness and mindfulness of loving change. If something takes me by surprise I often verbally say “I love change, thank you, you-niverse for having my back!” I trust that what is changing and what needs changed is positioning me for bigger and better things, more excitement, greater experiences, and more joy.

Acknowledge the change and it creates more light in your life. There’s no going back and now there is space for new growth, and new opportunities this is transformation. Transformation is what the you-niverse is after!
