Affirmation for Transformation:
“I observe the patterns in my life, connect to my deeper truth, and take back my power!”

Are you procrastinating on a project?

What’s holding you back from accomplishing your desires?

Procrastination is a self-imposed robber of our time. We often can’t gather motivation on our own, we wait until deadlines or the last minute. Sometimes procrastination comes from a condition of fear of failure or uncertainty about how to proceed. We may focus on the big picture so much that we just feal so overwhelmed and it keeps us stuck. We may wait until the bigger fear of a deadline approaches and forces us to get going. Sometimes we put important things like our health off for years until a real crisis forces us to rethink our lifestyle approach. We may become accommodators by helping others, we build dependency in the relationship and then blame it for not finishing our important work. We may be afraid to say no to others because we don’t want to appear incapable, or we may just be people pleasers. We may hold our projects hostage to our own need for perfectionism. If you procrastinate you are taking an activity and pushing it off until it becomes a crisis or until the desire becomes a feeling of guilt rather than success. The result is unnecessary added stress, frustration, and unworthiness.

The key is to remove the reasons for the resistance and then plan the steps needed to move you in the direction of your desired project. You can plan Itty-Bitty Chunks of success, rehearse the steps, and reprogram your brain into a new outcome. The key is in the action not the focus on the outcomes. Rewrite the program by making small choices and begin to rewrite a new one. Plan to not be a slave to the beliefs and conditions in your environment. 5% of who we are is genetics and 95% is epigenetics. 5% of us operate in consciousness and the other 95% is subconscious programing. Our environment plays a key role in our success. Observation and awareness are the same word, the key is to focus above it, around it, away from it, step back into the most general place as you can about the overall well-being or desire, you’re looking for. Dr. Daniel Amen considered a brain expert says “to harness your brain’s power, it needs direction and vision. It needs a blueprint.”

What’s holding you back? Is it your belief or someone else’s?

Stand in clarity about what you want. Staying clear about what you want, and feeling the energy of gratitude, without analyzing it, is the state of allowance! Abraham Hicks says, “dream big but don’t block it with logic.”  Instead of needing and feeling the thoughts of need, feeling the thoughts of satisfaction will carry you to move forward. When we are inspired to clarity about our desires we often block it. We slow the process way down when we do not feel satisfied.

Ask yourself this everyday…what Itty-Bitty Chunk can I do and feel satisfied about having completed today?

Do you feel satisfied? Don’t fake it if it doesn’t feel satisfying, act right away and change your thoughts. Allowing, in the flow, is momentum. Dream it and allow the momentum of it to inspire you to take action and the satisfied feeling will inspire you to take more action. If you allow yourself to be inspired your Inner-Cheerleader will do it for you. Turn your inspired action into success with our Itty-Bitty Chunks, these small daily wins, build identity. Just follow the plan. Through the self-perception theory, just follow the plan that you deeply believe and if you get off your path, just re-zoom and co-create a lifestyle that is sustainable. When we don’t do what we say we are going to do our self feels lied too and depletes our self-worth, it depletes our identity.

There is no “right” choice. There is however a vibrational frequency that causes the right choice to be inspired! You just keep following your inspiration with the next step and then the next step and so on. You should follow it to completion. When inspired you re-ignite your spark for life. Inspired action is what creates clarity. What matters and what you live for is your passion and that momentum creates certainty. You ask what you want, and you know why you want, and you plan for it. Free to be you, energized, ready for new adventures, new changes, feeling happy and free, connected, and inspired, ready to co-create your desires and your reality, you are in the flow! Plan it and align with the energy of your desires, the flow of the energy is the passion of life. Revisit your desires every day, if you feel off, stop, and think about what you want, imagine it, believe it, and take inspired action.

We all need occasionally to release, re-activate, re-generate and re-balance our energy and align with our desires. With the help of Loving Hands Loving Heart’s Angelic Transformational Coaching and co-creating we can help! What are the things that you deeply desire, and feel will create the most value in your life right now?
