Transformational Coaching & Angel Blessing Sessions
1-hour, 3-month/6 Live Sessions, or 6-month/6 Live Sessions are available. 3-month contract sessions meet for 1 hour on the same day and time, twice monthly for 3 months. 6-month contracts meet for 1 hour on the same day and time, once monthly for 6 months* Or as agreed.
Expectations:
- Feel whatever comes up. Try not to judge and let yourself feel.
- Observe your feeling. This is 5 D. It is your higher self integrating into your energetic system. Observe yourself in unconditional love with no judgment.
- This is all about self-love everyone else is reflecting back to us showing us our relationship with ourselves. We just need to show up for ourselves.
- Take ownership of your fears.
- You are in service to yourself first and then others.
- Meditate daily to center and ground, go within, and receive, at least once each day.
- Journal daily in your My Year of Transformation Planner/Journal. Journaling your experiences is key to your success.
- Complete any exercises given.
