MY YEAR OF TRANSFORMATION©

Affirmation for Transformation:
“By making my own emotional and spiritual needs a priority I can stay centered, grounded, and productive.”
Our emotional needs are the key to our wellness and happiness. We often hear that it is not so important what happens to us but how we deal with it is. Our human consciousness is powerful, and our emotions are even more so. Every human that has ever lived on this planet has a multi-dimensional energy and the energetic emotions and experiences are our imprint. This energetic emotional imprint is recorded in our physical bodies, DNA, and on the earth. It is important to take the time to deal with our emotional needs.
What is your relationship with yourself?
Are you more focused on “doing” or working and not allowing yourself time to focus on your emotional needs?
Do you feel satisfied or dissatisfied?
Do you need to replenish your energy to feel more grounded?
We often get busy, and our focus may be on a long list of priorities, taking care of other’s needs, and or distractions. We may not allow the necessary time in our day to process our feelings, and to create solutions to our own needs. We live in a fast-paced world that demands immediate results and little time. Also, to avoid emotional pain our mind’s may try to protect us. Emotional pain may be avoided or numbed with addictions or unhealthy patterns like overeating, drugs, or alcohol. A cluttered, stressed, mind does not allow space for clarity, or to feel centered, grounded, or productive.
Sometimes we feel “off” and not in the flow with important responsibilities. We may try to not be distracted but we just find that we are challenged to be focused and inspired. It is important to address our deep emotional issues instead of just going through the motions and accomplishing very little. Achievement without balance is overachieving and sometimes the result of insecurities and not allowing time for joy. If we find that we cannot allow ourselves to experience and enjoy the present moment, putting pleasure off into some distant future, it may be a sign that we are being driven to achieve more than is necessary. Sometimes the best way to be productive is to focus on responsibilities another day and instead focus on yourself and your emotional needs. It can often be the fastest way to being inspired and productive tomorrow, just not today. Balance and clarity come from putting ourselves first.
A practice of honoring the time we need to deal with our emotions release energy before it becomes stuck. Suppressed, unprocessed, negative, dense energy that provides blocks of energy and keep us chained to the past, unhappy, and unwell.
Will power is self-regulated and needs to be constantly recharged approximately, every 15 minutes. Inspiration is abundant and lasting and comes from heart-centered focused attention. Inspiration, imagination, doesn’t come from our physical mind.
Detox from the mental pollution.
Meditation is to teach us focus. Detox from the mental pollution of the mind and listen with our heart. When we focus our attention to our heart area instead of our cluttered mind we can achieve allowance. As mentioned previously our environment does not support focus. It is exceedingly difficult to just look around and find harmony with our Inner-Cheerleader (Inner-self, Source, God). The key is to focus on the gently vibrations of ourselves and imagine the perception of Source energy. Our heart is a powerful tool to shift our inner vibrational state of consciousness to come into vibrational alignment with all that is. The key is to vibrate in higher frequency, to maintain that awareness, as the observer, without judgement. We start to notice the synchronicities. The balance we seek now in the new energy is with our physical mind, the one who has always tried to protect us, and the higher self. I loving call our Inner-Cheerleader. When we allow our Inner-Cheerleader to lead the way we allow magic to come into our lives. I like to think of my Inner-Cheerleader as the part of me that knows about all there is, sees all there is, and knows the fastest most direct way to my achieving my hearts desires. I love my physical mind for protecting me, but it needs a break. My Inner-Cheerleader brings me inspiration, synchronicities, and magic into my life in ways my physical mind could not imagine.
The caterpillar can’t fly unless it moves through states. The internal stages must take place by holding a state of awareness. You need to allow to receive inspiration.
