MY YEAR OF TRANSFORMATION©

Affirmation for Transformation
“I do not compare myself to others, my worth comes from within and is infinitely more fulfilling.”
When we look to the outside of us for our worth we will never feel satisfied. We live in a society that has taught us to believe that we never have enough, look good enough, or are happy enough. We experience childhoods where we are taught to judge others and ourselves by labeling not good enough by right and wrong. Most of us have grown up with the conditioning of TV advertisements that teach us we need things to feel good. We learn that we must look for a certain way to feel good. We may compare our abundance by what others have. Fairy book stories tell us that love should look and feel a certain way and many, especially women, grow up dreaming of perfect, love stories with a perfect, happy ever after. Perfect is often defined by comparisons. When we compare ourselves to others it undermines our own worth. Not realizing and feeling our worth teaches us to control expectations, keeping us stuck, and not in allowance of greater experiences and opportunities.
Your life teaches you how to respond or feel by practicing thoughts, repetition, create habits, which create beliefs. When you keep practicing the same thought it becomes a belief. When we witness things, we believe it. What you believe, the law of attraction brings to you. You can believe differently and attract differently. You offer your vibrational frequency in response to what you are observing. The law of attraction responds to your frequency. It’s easy to believe that you are not enough: not enough money, not enough things, not pretty enough.
Answer this question: Do you fear the results that you’ve gotten, or do you fear what you are headed towards?
We simply need to remember that we are deliberate creators. You are a creator and that is what you came here to do. You chose your vehicle; your body, to live in, and to use, to create your own reality. You came here to trust and be guided by your own Inner-Cheerleader/higher self/Source within. You came here knowing that a small part of you is in the human body and would face resistance to your connection. The larger part of you, your soul, Inner-Cheerleader is the non-physical energy of perfection and expansion. You are continuingly becoming more. Your soul holds the wisdom of many, many realities. You came here knowing and wanting to enjoy your expansion, freely allowing you to feel the life force to be. Your Inner-Cheerleader is vibrantly, abundant, and by not connecting, not allowing, to be in the flow with the greater part of you, causes you to not be in allowance. You can make yourself miserable. Our spiritual growth comes from unlearning the conditions that keep us form embracing our true authenticity and worth. The path to not judging ourselves is understanding who we are, a piece of God. Forgiveness and compassion, for the human we have become, allows us to see the blessings in our own reality.
We are responsible to our higher-self and our purpose for being here, in this reality, on this planet, the essence of our primary agreement for the human form. A soul container infused with human consciousness for the purpose of evolution, an experience that you have chosen. Being responsible means, we are consciously responsible for the choices we make.
When we respond we are living on purpose. When we empower love in balance we are aware of the epigenetics in our lives. We are being conscious about how our environment affects us and being responsive and not reactive. The higher our consciousness the more responsive we are and the less reactive we are. The more responsive we are the less we react because we are less judgmental, prejudice, labeling, stereo typing, fearful, and controlling. The more responsive we are, the more compassionate, grounded, centered, and loving we are. It’s an inner quietness, a peaceful balance that allows us to be responsive and live in the flow instead of resistant.
Love is multidimensional, more than an emotion. Love can create a cascading effect on health and balance. The heart is more powerful, healing, and transformative that we ever realized. Science can detect patterns of the heart rhythms when we are affected by stress, become unbalanced, impairing mental functions and can send us into fight, flight or freeze mode. It throws our sympathetic nervous system and our parasympathetic system off balance which can create a chaos on our body and mind. Dr. Rollin McCarty’s work as a psycho physiologist and director of research at the HeartMath Institute shows that feeling positive emotions like love and gratitude can put our body back in balance and stabilize the rhythms of the heart. In this state of coherence, the heart’s electromagnetic energy transmits waves of healing, inner peace, and wellbeing that not only affect us, but others around us.
Simply remember, you are a deliberate creator. Keep it simple in everything you do. It does not mean you do simple things. It means to do everything simply, free of the analytical mind. Even with everything going on, you have the ability to quiet your mind and get in the receiving mode of your authentic self. Eliminate the beliefs of your past and quiet the chatter. You get what you feel that is a vibrational match. Align with a different story. Look for feeling good and worthy. Take back your power and embrace the magnificent, beautiful, creative, love that you are! You, and only you, are magnificently unique to your souls’ experiences. You are more powerful than you know. You have the ability to feel abundant. “Be You, Be Happy, Be Free!”
