Affirmation for Transformation: “Innate is responsible for giving instructions so that my mind, body, and spirit work in harmony”.
Your body never gives up on you. No matter how you have treated your body, it keeps on going, replenishing, and rejuvenating with incredible resiliency. When we nurture our body with love, believe in its wholeness, and provide the right nourishment, it determines how quickly it responds. This is the science of epigenetics. Our mindfulness, self-love, and our connection to all things are harmony in action.
I enjoy the marriage between spirituality and science so, let’s look at the science behind the power of our intentions. Our brain is an organ, like the other organs in our bodies although, our consciousness holds the key. Our DNA is different in each person. In the human body our DNA is activated at about 30% if we were at 100% we would not be in a human body. We’d be on the other side of the veil. Our DNA holds a remembrance of who we are and where we have been through all timelines and lifetimes referred to as the Akash. This Akashic remembrance is a record of who we are. Like a library, our Akashic DNA is a blueprint that holds the vibrational information of everything we have ever been or done.
It’s the emotions of our experience that create the story, not the words. The vibrational energy of our feelings creates cause and effect. I learned about this many years ago from Archangel Metatron, my guardian angel, who holds the vibration and the gifts of overseeing the Akasha of all humans. He is like a gatekeeper of the library of all that is.
We have an energy field all around us referred to as our Merkabah which is about 25/26 feet or 8 meters wide. This field is our consciousness with over 300 trillion parts of DNA. Consciousness is not our brain, and it is not biology. It is the quantum part of the DNA. Kryon who is channeled by Lee Carroll has said that it is partly chemical and partly quantum and it is non coded protein. The 90% of it which is quantum is not fully understood by science. We may come into a different human body, and our skin color, race, and sex may be different, but our DNA Akashic consciousness comes in the same every time. This means that we already know a lot about many things the moment we are here. The older our soul is the more we know. This is the reason we see more children, even babies know something or display special gifts at a noticeably young age. This is a symptom of them tapping into their Akash. They are often referred to as old souls because of their skill levels and natural abilities with their talents.
You may be thinking this is deep stuff? Why am I sharing this with you? It is beautiful, complicated, amazing, and it is empowering to know the magnitude and power of our consciousness. The planet’s ascension known as the “shift” is creating an opportunity for DNA changes with conscious INTENT! Enlightenment creates a process of cellular change! Consciousness changes physics. This tells us there is a physical attribute to your intentions!!! You are a creator. This understanding expands your consciousness. Loving the whole of you, excepting yourself, and your imperfections. Stop judging yourself and accept yourself as you are, it is self-love in higher consciousness. Realize the power that you are, and you can create the life you want. You don’t have to do anything to be loved. You are loved, guided, and supported, and never alone.
