#13 An Important Mindful Lesson

Affirmation for Transformation: “Recognizing my thoughts are an important mindful lesson and I value what I am placing my energy on.”

There are people who associate the absence of want with the absence of having.  Wanting is associated with things not yet achieved. Focused on something you want as a desire that is pure without a doubt.  You can’t be dishonest with your vibration because of the law of attraction it is what it is.  Turning in and tuning in is the resonance of love, of Source energy.  At your core, you are one who loves.  Don’t look for resonance from others.  Resonance comes from within.  If what is, is enough…  you have enough, it is not expansion.  It is not in alignment with the Source energy.  Source energy is ever-expanding and never the same. We are here to experience expansion.

Do you know how it feels?

Being mindful means shifting your thoughts and words in a way that aligns with the expansion of who you truly are, Source energy.  

Let’s look at these words in a mindful way… I have enough.

More than my share is limited thinking with limited resources.  Because there is no end to what the you-universe can deliver to you, you can’t defy your being here on this planet by saying you’ve got enough!  Source energy is living through you and is becoming the new you at every breath.  Never say I have enough instead… I have a way of keeping myself aligned in the flow and on my way to greater expansion.

Science tells us that we have 7,000 new thoughts a day. Why couldn’t we be consciously aware of a small portion of that by choosing the right words in affirmations that align with our desires. Stating our affirmation provides an opportunity to practice by thought and verbally to ourselves. Positive thoughts increase the potential and by persistent positive repetition, we manifest that thought. Stating our affirmation and allowing the thought to give you pleasure. As we practice add feelings, trust, and truth emotions to the words.  Anything you give your attention to is activated by your attention to it.  Source energy is not limited to one perspective because it all adds to the whole.  Appreciate and release all resistance by enjoying the subtlety of your desires.  Train yourself to be mindful of your thoughts, and words, and place your attention on the subtle excitement of your desires. If you want it to feel the excitement of it!
