What would you do differently to accomplish your desires if your life depended upon it?

You have the power to end subconscious behavior, beliefs and transform self-criticism into self-love!

Subconscious blocks keep us from moving forward and block our inspiration to action.  Subconscious patterns create self-sabotage.

Every though creates your tomorrow.  What are you thinking?

The more you recognize your blessings the more blessings you get. Recognize in all of this that you are a blessing.  We all have blocks; our awareness and transformation are a part of our journey.  It is a reminder to give ourselves the space and love on our journey to transformation.  Being present, holding our space, in observation, in love, not judgement is the allowance to ride the winds of change without being knocked down and taken by surprise.  

Isn’t it interesting that the more we pay attention to our thoughts and emotions, instead of stuffing them down, ignoring that they are apart of us, the more graceful, in allowance of change, in the flow of transformation, and healed, we are.  

Chaos shows up in our lives both on the outside and inside when we operate on auto pilot… in fear, reacting and controlling things.  On the other side of our challenges, are blessings in disguise.

Honor your feelings, allow the release of your emotions, and you honor yourself, with self-love.  You must allow yourself the quiet space to release and heal. Your allowance is the key to new intuitive ideas and clarity to flow. We are happier, healthier, more confident, connected and make conscious decisions, when we do the inside work, a true act of self-love!

5 Questions for Empowering Change:

Think of one of your desires in each area.  Write it down.   On a scale of 1 – 10, (10 is the highest, most positive, thought). 

How confident and hopeful are you about achieving your desire?

  1. What’s holding you back?  

Write down your thoughts. If it’s an emotion that is not aligned with the vibration of your desire flip it into positive ones. 

  1. What is the difficulty level of achieving your desire based on your current skills and abilities on a scale of 1 – 10
  2. What itty-bitty chunks of the overall desire/project can you do each day, completed, and successfully, to increase the simplicity and gain forward movement 
  3. To love something is to feel connected to it.  On a scale of 1 – 10 how connected, confident, responsible, worthy, and determined are you to loving you the most?
